Sessions are conducted by phone or face-to-face if you are in the Manhattan area. The usual time for a session is an hour unless we decide to go over for no extra charge. You bring in your agenda for the session and we move into finding the shift to move you forward. Weekly sessions work best, however I do provide sessions every other week for those who want time between sessions to work on their action plan.

Most clients have a single issue that on the average takes about three months to accomplish. However, I have long-term clients that continue to benefit from coaching, especially if they are starting their own businesses or want to tackle multiple issues.

I also coach clients for one month only. Within the month, they make the shift.
It depends on what you are trying to accomplish and what your needs are at this stage of your life.
